The VR4Robots Generator package consists of VR4Robots Navigator Pro and VR4Robots Translator. The VR4Robots Translator is a plugin for Autodesk 3ds Max and converts your 3D environments, robots and manipulators into the real-time format. Autodesk 3ds Max will accept models of most CAD packages, so engineering data can be re-used for development of your RH procedures. The process will keep the original model hierarchy intact or allows you to edit it to fit the RH purpose.

VR4Robots Navigator Pro is the module in which you can navigate through your virtual environment and interact with virtual robots and manipulators. In this module the RH tasks are prepared and performed based on man machine interfaces consistent with the robots- and manipulators functionality and degrees of freedom. The result is made visible in real time in the graphics window, which can be navigated at any time with complete freedom of movement. By applying teach files tasks can be (partly) automated for consistent operation.

The Network Connection Module allows you to connect your VR environment to real robots and display their operation in real-time. Also VR4Robots sessions can be interconnected over a LAN so a team can collaborate and operate together on the same task, having their own specific view on the action, and adopted (simple) user interface targeted at their tasks during the operation.
